The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is seeking a service provider to supply and manage Mimecast email security services for 36 months. The project involves providing 2,000 mailbox licenses with premium protection to defend against phishing, malware, and ransomware. Key deliverables include system implementation, 24/7 monitoring, incident response, monthly service level agreement reviews, and quarterly security reports. The service provider must integrate the solution with existing ARC systems and ensure ongoing support. The work will be performed for the ARC, and the contract duration is three years.
