Description

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is seeking a service provider to supply managed voice and data services for a four-year period. The work will be based at the CMS Head Office in Centurion. Key deliverables include 200 Mbps fibre connectivity with redundancy, an uncapped 1:1 contention ratio internet service, and a Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) VPN. The provider must also manage existing landline ranges, provide 30 static IP addresses, integrate with Mimecast, and supply a cloud-based SMS solution. The contract requires 24/7/365 support with a maximum 4-hour on-site response time for technical issues.

  • Must provide certified copies of directors' South African IDs
  • Must hold a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
