Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a qualified facilitator to conduct a half-day wellness workshop for 11 participants in Pretoria. The workshop will focus on stress management, burnout, resilience, psychological safety, and emotional wellbeing. The service provider must supply all necessary workshop materials. The session is scheduled for September 2026 and will last five hours. The facilitator must hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or an NQF Level 7 qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Social Work. Bidders must provide evidence of having conducted similar workshops for at least four previous clients. This appointment is subject to the 80/20 preference point system.
