The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is seeking a professional service provider to perform a comprehensive organisational structure review. The project will take place at the SACAA offices in Centurion over a 24-month period. The selected service provider will be responsible for assessing the current business processes, technology, and governance models. Key deliverables include designing a new macro and micro-organisational structure, determining appropriate staffing levels, and creating a practical implementation roadmap. Additionally, the provider must develop a change management and communication plan to support the transition. The project aims to align the authority's structure with its strategic goals through detailed business process mapping and work-study analysis.
Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Minimum seven years experience in organisational structure review
- Three signed client reference letters
- Project team must hold relevant NQF-level qualifications and experience
