Description

The National Education Collaboration Trust (NECT) invites proposals for the provision of outsourced payroll services for a three-year period. The service provider will manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 85 employees, including data capture, monthly processing, and third-party payments. Key deliverables include managing SARS eFiling, tax year-end reconciliations, and statutory reporting for UIF, SDL, COIDA, and Employment Equity. The provider must also support project-based cost-centre allocations and donor audits. Work will be performed for the NECT, based in Centurion. The contract duration is three years, with specific monthly and annual statutory deadlines to be met.
