The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) is seeking a service provider for the support and maintenance of its Sage 300 Finance and Sage 300 People systems. The work will be performed over a 12-month period. Key deliverables include system upgrades to the latest versions, implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication and Audit Log solutions, ongoing technical support, and payment gateway maintenance. The provider must also assist with financial year-end processes and provide formal skills transfer to NRCS staff. Monthly maintenance and security updates are required to ensure system performance and integrity. This contract aims to optimize the NRCS ERP environment through professional technical management and regular system enhancements.
