Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a specialist service provider to review and draft its hedging policy for the 2026/27 financial year. The work involves assessing the current policy against strategic objectives, financial risk exposures, and IFRS 9 accounting standards. The provider must identify gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of current hedging instruments, and propose improvements to controls and governance. This project will take place at ATNS facilities. Key deliverables include a comprehensive policy review, a detailed methodology, and a project plan. Proposals must be submitted by 21 July 2026 and remain valid for 60 days.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Key personnel must hold Chartered Accountant (SA) professional designation
- Project team requires 5 years experience in hedging policy and IFRS 9
- Must provide valid reference letter for similar services completed within 7 years
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide proof of professional indemnity insurance
