The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) invites quotations for the review of 32 Human Capital policies. The project will take place at the NHFC offices in Sandton. The work involves three phases: reviewing policies for legal compliance with South African labour laws, facilitating a three-day workshop with staff and union representatives, and producing a final report with recommended amendments. The project is expected to be completed within six weeks. Bidders must provide an expert team, including a Human Capital specialist and a Labour Law expert, both with at least five years of experience and NQF level 8 qualifications. Bidders must also demonstrate relevant experience in the public sector over the last eight years.
