Description

The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider for conferencing and events management services across all nine South African provinces. The contract will span three years. Key deliverables include managing venue bookings for regional forums, organizing major events like summits and dialogues for up to 1500 delegates, and providing logistics, exhibition design, and outdoor event infrastructure. The provider must also supply technical support, branding, and secretariat services, including report writing and RSVP management. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and provide a detailed project execution plan.
