The Infrastructure Finance and Implementation Support Agency (IFISA), on behalf of the National Treasury, invites bids for the appointment of a Transaction Advisor. The successful bidder will support the establishment of a fully independent Transmission System Operator (TSO). The work involves providing integrated financial, legal, and tax advisory services, including reviewing restructuring proposals, developing lender engagement strategies, and drafting transaction documentation.
