Description

Legal Aid South Africa invites bids for the supply and implementation of a cloud-based software solution for smart document generation. The project includes support and maintenance services for a period of two years. The solution must support between 470 and 2600 users and integrate with the existing eLAA case management system. Key deliverables include the conversion of 163 existing templates, data hosting within South Africa, and the provision of online training. The system must ensure 99.9% uptime and include robust security features such as multi-factor authentication and data encryption. The work will be performed at Legal Aid South Africa facilities. Bidders must provide a detailed project implementation plan covering a six-month period. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system.
