Description

The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) invites bids for the management of an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operating Certificate (UASOC) and drone support services. The project involves maintaining two DJI M350 RTK drones, providing operational support, and facilitating personnel requirements such as AVSEC examinations, criminal checks, and pilot training. The successful bidder must supply a secure, web-based software solution compatible with Android and iOS to manage aircraft databases, flight logs, and automated risk assessments. The work will take place at the ARC-NRE facility in Pretoria. The contract period runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027.
