The work will take place across various campuses in Mpumalanga, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, North-West, and the Northern Cape. Key tasks include roofing, ceiling repairs, gutter maintenance, brickwork, concrete flooring, and painting. The contract will run for a period of 60 months. - Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
