The National Research Foundation (NRF) iThemba LABS invites bids for the provision of Occupational and Environmental Radiation Protection Dosimetry services. The work will be performed at the iThemba LABS facility in Faure, Western Cape. The contract covers a five-month period from August to December 2026. Key deliverables include the supply and management of 1,000 personnel dosimeters, 60 environmental dosimeters, and 235 extremity dosimeters. The service provider must measure radiation exposure, report results to the National Dose Register, and manage logistics for dosimeter collection. Electronic reporting of dose results and invoices is required.
