The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to perform cleaning services at their Bloemfontein office, located at 49 Fedsure Building, Charlotte Maxeke Street. The contract duration is twelve months, starting on 05 January 2027. The successful bidder will provide one cleaner to work Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 15:45. Key deliverables include daily cleaning of offices, kitchens, and ablution facilities, as well as the supply of all necessary SABS-approved cleaning materials and equipment. The service provider must maintain cleaning checklists and ensure all staff wear branded uniforms and appropriate protective gear. Ad-hoc cleaning services may be requested separately. The tender is evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
