The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC) is seeking a tenant to operate a coffee, snacks, and refreshments bar at its Gqeberha locations. The successful bidder will provide catering for events, meetings, and performances while maintaining high hygiene and service standards. The contract spans three years, subject to annual reviews. The operator must manage the facility directly without third-party involvement and implement a cash-free payment system. Services are required Monday through Saturday, with additional availability needed for specific events. The operator is responsible for utility costs and interior maintenance.
