The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is seeking a service provider to supply qualified SAP resources on an as-and-when basis. The contract duration is 6 months. The successful bidder will provide 2nd and 3rd line maintenance, support, and enhancements for various SAP modules, including FICO, MM, HCM, EAM, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. Work involves troubleshooting, system configuration, debugging, and managing system updates. The provider must support the transition from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA and cloud solutions. Resources must be deployed within 5 days of a request. The bidder must follow the SAP Activate methodology for all system enhancements. This support is critical for maintaining PRASA's core business systems and ensuring technical stability across their SAP landscape.
