The facility requires approximately 1,979 square meters of space and 89 secure parking bays. The building must be ready for occupation by 04 January 2027, with one month of free beneficial occupation provided beforehand. Key infrastructure requirements include HVAC, a 6-hour uninterrupted power supply, solar systems, and fire protection. The location must be easily accessible via major routes and public transport.
