Description

The Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) invites bids for the management and hosting of the 7th Eastern Cape Export Symposium and Exhibition. The event will take place from 19 to 20 August 2026 at the East London International Convention Centre. The successful bidder will provide end-to-end event coordination, including project planning, technical production, venue management, delegate registration, and marketing services. Key deliverables include managing VIP protocols, coordinating catering and security, and providing comprehensive progress reports. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in managing large-scale conferences and exhibitions involving government and international stakeholders. The project requires a specialized team with expertise in technical production, B2B matchmaking, and event safety.
