Description

The Mine Health and Safety Council requires a service provider for certified data sanitisation and environmentally compliant e-waste recycling of ICT assets. The work involves the secure, irreversible destruction of data from storage devices and the lawful disposal of electronic waste. The contract will run for 36 months on an as-needed basis. Key deliverables include a detailed asset register, certificates of data destruction, and certificates of recycling for all processed items. The service provider must ensure full compliance with environmental laws and data security standards throughout the collection and disposal process. All work will be performed for the Mine Health and Safety Council.
