The National Empowerment Fund (NEF) is seeking to establish a panel of service providers to deliver Back Office Support Services for a period of four years. The work will be performed across South Africa to support the NEF’s investees. Key deliverables include the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements, audit support, secretarial functions, and full accounting services including tax and payroll compliance. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in SMME IFRS and provide proof of an accredited web-based accounting solution. The project aims to assist Black-empowered businesses in line with the NEF mandate. Proposals must be submitted by 14:00 on 14 October 2026. Bidders are required to provide a detailed price schedule, including hourly or daily rates for personnel and a ceiling price for the total project duration.
