Key deliverables include the supply of fully operational anaerobic digestion units, including heating blankets, mechanical stirrers, gas storage bags, and safety filtration systems. The successful bidder must also provide comprehensive operating manuals, maintenance guides, and on-site training for ARC staff. All equipment must be new and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
