Description

The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) invites bids for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of three complete 1,000-liter IBC-based biogas reactor systems. The work will take place at the ARC-NRE facility located at 141 Creswell Road, Weavind Park, Pretoria. Key deliverables include the supply of fully operational anaerobic digestion units, including heating blankets, mechanical stirrers, gas storage bags, and safety filtration systems. The successful bidder must also provide comprehensive operating manuals, maintenance guides, and on-site training for ARC staff. All equipment must be new and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The project requires a detailed implementation schedule, and all work must be completed according to the specifications provided in the tender documentation.
