The Presidency is seeking a service provider to supply and implement a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software system. The project will take place in Pretoria over a five-year period. The successful bidder will be responsible for system configuration, data migration from existing spreadsheets, and the provision of user manuals. Key deliverables include the setup of risk management and compliance modules, comprehensive reporting dashboards, and the provision of on-site and annual training for staff. Additionally, the provider must offer ongoing incident support and host the solution within a secure cloud environment. Bidders must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in GRC systems, while the assigned project manager must hold an NQF level 7 qualification in IT or Project Management.
