The Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ) is seeking a service provider to develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Learning Management System (LMS) for its Training Academy. The project will take place in Pretoria, Gauteng, and will run for a duration of 12 months. The system must include various modules to manage student data, certification, sponsors, learning content, virtual training, academic assessments, and accreditation tracking. Key technical requirements include a secure cloud-based platform, data backups, system maintenance, and skills transfer. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience through four completed projects and provide qualified personnel for project management, system design, and quality assurance.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (Level 3 or higher)
- Three years of audited financial statements
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from Department of Labour or RMA
