The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) is establishing a panel of recruitment service providers. The successful bidders will assist the CCMA in sourcing, headhunting, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, ranging from entry-level to executive positions. This work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three years, starting in August 2026. Key deliverables include conducting thorough background checks, verifying professional credentials, and managing the recruitment process for identified vacancies. The project aims to support the CCMA when internal recruitment processes are insufficient to meet staffing needs.
