These components are essential for the maintenance, refurbishment, and de-coppering of electrical infrastructure, including 3 kV DC and 6.6kV/11kV AC transmission lines. Bidders must ensure all goods are new and comply with specific Transnet drawings and SANS/IEC standards. The project also emphasizes transformation initiatives, requiring the successful bidder to support job creation for designated groups and empower local small businesses. All pricing must be provided in South African Rand (ZAR) on a Delivered Duty Paid basis.
