Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited invites bids for the design and reconstruction of four fire-damaged retail units at the IDFC Jozini Shopping Centre in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful service provider will be responsible for structural assessments, architectural and engineering designs, site demolition, full reconstruction, and project management. Key deliverables include obtaining all necessary municipal approvals, installing electrical and mechanical systems, and securing final occupancy certification. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months from the date of appointment. Bidders must provide a professional team including architects, engineers, and safety agents, all with at least five years of relevant experience. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 02 July 2026 at the site in Jozini, and the final deadline for bid submissions is 15 July 2026.
