Description

The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) is seeking to procure a new four-story building to serve as its KwaZulu-Natal Regional Office. The facility will house management, support staff, and a public health laboratory. The building must be located within a 10km to 40km radius of 149 Prince Street, South Beach, KwaZulu-Natal. Key requirements include at least 45 parking bays, wheelchair accessibility, specific restroom facilities, passenger lifts, backup power, and IT infrastructure including a dedicated server room.
