All items must meet professional standards set by FIFA, CAF, SAFA, and the PSL. The equipment must be durable, weather-resistant, and anti-corrosive. The successful bidder must complete the delivery and installation within four weeks of receiving an official order. The tender remains valid for 120 days, with an additional 12-month extension period.
