The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) is seeking a service provider for the support and maintenance of its Azure-based analytics solutions. The work will be performed at the FIC offices in Centurion and Cape Town over a three-year period. Key deliverables include performance tuning, incident management, cost optimization, and knowledge transfer for technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage. The provider must supply qualified, permanent staff who are South African citizens to handle analytics, ETL, and automation tasks. Support is required during standard business hours, with additional on-call requirements to be defined.
