The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is seeking a service provider to supply data capturing and monitoring software, along with support services, for the 2026 Municipal Elections broadcast. The project will take place at ICASA’s offices in Centurion. Key deliverables include providing an election monitoring methodology, supplying software, training at least six data capturers, processing documentation, performing bi-weekly data capturing, and compiling statistical coverage reports. The service provider will also advise the Elections Council Committee on broadcast impact and present a final statistical report. The total duration of this assignment is nine months. Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 80 out of 100 points to qualify for further evaluation.
