SASSETA is seeking a professional facilitator to provide Balanced Scorecard (BSC) capacitation for its management team. Key deliverables include the development of a BSC implementation framework and a comprehensive close-out report detailing proceedings and recommendations. The work will be performed for SASSETA, with the contract running from the date of appointment until 31 March 2027. The final close-out report is due by 30 November 2026. Bidders must demonstrate experience through at least three previous BSC consulting assignments and provide a detailed project plan. The facilitator must possess strong leadership and communication skills. This tender is evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
