Description
The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) invites proposals for the renovation and reconfiguration of its new regional office located at Westway Office Park, Westville, Durban. The project involves the removal of existing fixtures such as carpets, partitions, and aluminium shopfronts, followed by the installation of new office partitions, flooring (carpets, vinyl, and tiling), and joinery. The successful bidder must provide a project manager to oversee daily progress and coordinate with the IDC facilities team. The entire project must be completed within three weeks of the award date. Bidders are required to submit a detailed Bill of Quantities covering all construction categories, including masonry, plumbing, and electrical works. A mandatory site session will be held on 05 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the site location. The tender remains valid for 120 days from the closing date of 17 June 2026.
