Petroleum Agency SA (PASA) is seeking a business partner to provide support, maintenance, and professional services for its SAGE 300 ERP, SAGE 300 People, and BPM systems. The work will take place in South Africa over a 36-month period. Key deliverables include system integration, incident resolution, software updates, security patches, and technical consulting. The partner will also provide training for super users and assist with licence administration. PASA estimates that approximately 1,500 support hours will be required throughout the contract term.
