Description

BANKSETA is seeking a service provider for offsite document storage, records management, and shredding services for a five-year period. The work involves securing and storing approximately 1,500 boxes annually, collecting 2,000 existing archived records, and providing document retrieval services with a 24-hour turnaround time. The provider must ensure all operations comply with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act and include secure transportation and destruction services. The project will be managed from the service provider's facility, with document delivery required to BANKSETA offices as needed. The contract duration is five years, ending on 06 August 2026.
