- Public Liability Insurance of at least R1 million
- Proof of ownership or lease for one company vehicle
- Valid ICASA license or radio equipment lease agreement
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Three contactable references for contracts of at least six months
- Attendance at compulsory briefing session with written authorization
