- Registered with COIDA, UIF, and Private Security Services Provident Fund
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Public Liability Insurance with R1 million to R2 million coverage
- Valid ICASA license or radio equipment lease agreement
- Proof of ownership or lease for at least one company vehicle
- Three reference letters for contracts of at least six months duration
