The Government Printing Works is seeking a service provider to supply, install, and maintain paper cutting production machines. The project involves two fully automated and three semi-automated cutting systems. The work will take place at the Government Printing Works headquarters in Pretoria. Key deliverables include the delivery and commissioning of machinery, staff training, and a five-year maintenance and support agreement. The equipment must be heavy-duty and capable of operating in 24-hour shifts. The successful bidder must complete the manufacturing and delivery within nine months of the order, followed by site testing within two months. The bidder must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer or an authorized distributor with a local South African office and certified technical staff.
