Wesgro is inviting proposals for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibition (MICE) services. The contract will run for three years. The service provider will manage domestic and international events, including accommodation, group travel, ground handling, and financial reporting. Key deliverables include project management, marketing support, exhibition coordination, technology solutions, and event logistics such as catering, décor, and audio-visual services. The work will primarily support Wesgro’s event requirements. Bidders must provide a fixed service fee percentage for the duration of the contract.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Public liability, passenger liability, professional indemnity, and all-risk insurance
