Description

South African Tourism is seeking a service provider to conduct a comprehensive segmentation study over a thirty-six-month period. The project involves analyzing 16 international and domestic markets, including Australia, Japan, Germany, France, Canada, Nigeria, Brazil, and various African nations. The successful bidder will use big data, AI, and primary research to identify consumer profiles, travel patterns, and purchasing behaviors. Key deliverables include market-specific reports and interactive dashboards to assist in tourism growth strategies. The work must be completed within an 8 to 10-month window annually. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in multi-country research and provide a detailed project plan.
