Full requirements
- Lead Facilitator must hold a Master's degree (NQF Level 9).
- Lead Facilitator must hold professional certification in facilitation, coaching, or organizational development.
- Lead Facilitator must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Company must demonstrate 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must provide three client reference letters for similar work from the last five years.
- Must provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or certificate.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
