Description

The South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) invites proposals for a Leadership Alignment and Organizational Effectiveness workshop. The project involves a three-day facilitation session for 44 participants, including executives and senior managers, to be held in Durban. The service provider must conduct pre-workshop diagnostics, facilitate the event, and provide a comprehensive post-workshop report. Key deliverables include a Leadership Charter, an organizational balanced scorecard, and an accountability matrix. The work is scheduled for 20 to 22 July 2026. The facilitator must have at least 10 years of experience in executive facilitation, and the bidding company must also possess 10 years of relevant experience in organizational development and strategic alignment.

Full requirements

  • Lead Facilitator must hold a Master's degree (NQF Level 9).

  • Lead Facilitator must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Company must demonstrate 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Must provide three client reference letters for similar work from the last five years.
  • Must provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or certificate.
  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
