The work includes technical support, troubleshooting, database management, and system upgrades from version 18.00 to 18.5. The provider will also handle report generation, user access security, and knowledge transfer to internal staff. Services will be performed remotely and on-site as needed. Key deliverables include resolving incidents, implementing system enhancements, providing monthly performance reports, and submitting a final project handover report. The closing date for this request is 16 September 2026.
