The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) invites bids for a 24-month contract to provide integrated communication, marketing, branding, and event planning services for the Eastern Seaboard Development Programme. The work covers a 250 km coastal region spanning KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. Key deliverables include developing strategic communication and investment frameworks, managing media and stakeholder relations, and coordinating two annual Investment Summits. The service provider will also manage digital platforms, produce high-resolution media content, and supply branded corporate materials.
