The Department of Tourism invites bids for the hire, installation, and dismantling of an outdoor investment projects showcase for the South African Tourism Investment Summit. The event will take place on 1 October 2026 at the Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff in Johannesburg. The project requires a turnkey solution for eleven exhibitors, including the supply of waterproof structures, furniture, branding, lighting, and electrical equipment. The service provider must manage the entire process from design and site coordination to post-event cleaning. Bidders are required to conduct a site inspection before finalizing their designs. The closing date for submissions is 15 September 2026 at 10:00. All work must comply with the venue's health and safety regulations.
