The Film and Publication Board (FPB) is seeking a service provider for company secretarial services for a three-year period. The work will take place at the FPB offices in Centurion. Key responsibilities include managing Council meetings, providing strategic governance and legal advice, maintaining statutory registers, and conducting training for Council members. The service provider will report to the CEO and be accountable to the Council. The project requires an estimated 600 hours of work per year. The successful bidder must provide professional indemnity insurance and undergo annual performance reviews. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 23 October 2026.
