- Valid PSIRA registration for company and all directors
- Valid Letters of Good Standing (PSIRA, COIDA, PSSPF, and NBCPSS)
- Proof of registration with PSSPF and NBCPSS
- Valid firearm licenses and competency certificates
- Valid ICASA radio license or service contract
- Public Liability Insurance of at least R10,000,000
- Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting
