Description

The Free State Development Corporation (FDC) is seeking a service provider to manage security services across its various properties for 24 months. The work involves supervising 121 security officials, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and providing armed response services. The contractor must handle incident reporting, staff scheduling, and risk assessments. Operations will cover multiple districts, including Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Lejweleputswa, Thabo Mofutsanyana, and Fezile Dabi. Key deliverables include daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, as well as the provision of patrol vehicles and communication equipment. The project requires a dedicated Security Manager to oversee coordination and ensure compliance with safety and labour laws.
