The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting service providers to submit bids for cleaning services at their Durban office. The work will take place at the Embassy Building, 199 Anton Lembede Street, covering floors 8 through 12 and the Ground Floor Customer Experience Centre. The contract will run for a period of 12 months, starting on 16 October 2026. Key deliverables include daily office cleaning, kitchen maintenance, waste disposal, and the supply of all necessary cleaning equipment and consumables. The service provider must also perform specialized tasks such as deep cleaning, disinfection, and carpet steam cleaning as required. Operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 07h00 to 15h00. The service provider is responsible for providing their own staff, who must wear branded safety clothing. All cleaning supplies used must be SABS approved.
