Description

The Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) is seeking a service provider to supply 60 premium, fully branded, and furnished exhibition stands for the Eastern Cape Export Symposium. The event will take place at the East London International Convention Centre from 19 to 20 August 2026. The successful bidder must handle the design, construction, installation, and dismantling of the stands. Key deliverables include providing modern stands with lighting, power, and furniture, as well as managing venue logistics and on-site maintenance. All stands must be ready for use by 18 August 2026.
