The Technology Innovation Agency is seeking a landlord to lease office space for its KwaZulu-Natal regional office. The office must be located within a 10 km radius of Musgrave Centre, excluding the Durban CBD and specific surrounding areas. The required space is between 500 and 600 square metres and must include a boardroom, meeting rooms, workstations, and 20 secure parking bays. The building must feature fibre connectivity, backup power, and full accessibility for people with disabilities. The contract will run for three years with an option to extend for two additional years. The landlord is responsible for all building maintenance, including air-conditioning, plumbing, and waste removal.
